1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Harari Tech Jira Story Points Automation App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License

Harari Tech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms. This license allows you to use the App for its intended purpose within your Jira environment.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Jira account and ensuring that your use of the App does not compromise the security of your projects.
• You must not misuse the App, including attempting to access unauthorized areas or interfere with the App’s functionality.

4. Data Usage

• The App operates within the Jira environment and does not store or retain any data after processing.
• The App accesses data within your Jira projects solely for the purpose of performing automated story point estimations.
• Harari Tech does not have access to your Jira data, and all data processing occurs within your own environment.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Harari Tech does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

In no event shall Harari Tech be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

6. Modifications to the App and Terms

• Harari Tech reserves the right to update or modify the App and these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
• If any significant changes are made to the App or these Terms, users will be notified through Jira or via email.

7. Termination

• Harari Tech may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason.
• Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will cease, and you must stop using the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
